Reports indicate that this young boy was severely bullied by a group of peers at school. He reported the issue to his advisor teacher, but received no justice. In his classroom, he received the lowest grades despite being a good student, and a female teacher gave him no explanation. After leaving the classroom, he allegedly shot classmates and teachers at close range all over the school. Before the school incident, the teenager had also shot and killed his grandparents at home. These wicked kids do not deserve to escape punishment just because they are minors, and the country's laws are too lenient on youth offenders.
