The incident was captured on CCTV, showing the suspects on a motorcycle getting fuel at a gas station in the area. After the attendant finished pumping the gasoline and turned his back, he was suddenly shot. The riding-in-tandem gunmen then quickly fled in an unknown direction. According to reports, the victim was identified as Eugene Tubio, alias "Moymoy," a resident of Brgy. Banigan in the said municipality. The attendant was seen collapsed on the ground, soaked in his own blood. Currently, a thorough investigation is being conducted by the Liloy Municipal Police Station (PNP) to determine the motive and identify those responsible for the shooting.
